Partner program
Build your empire. Watch your clients win.
You're already close to the C-suite, and you know where their work is stuck. Bring it to us. We build AI agents for their knowledge work and run the entire implementation, so they work 3x more efficiently or cut their current costs in half. You earn 10% of every fee for their first 12 months.

One good introduction a year is enough
Who this is for.
The people CFOs, CIOs, CTOs and CEOs already talk to about what is not working. You know the problem and the person who owns it. Bring them to us and we share the revenue.
- 01
AI consultants
You have worked through the problem with the client and agreed it is worth solving. We build it on their own systems, so the recommendation you made becomes something running.
- 02
MSPs and IT services firms
You run the client's environment. We build inside it, alongside your team, and the platform runs in the cloud you already manage rather than in ours.
- 03
Technology advisors
You place technology for clients through distributors. When the need is agents built on the client's own ERP rather than another subscription, bring it to us.
- 04
Technology services brokers
You connect clients with the right provider. Custom agents on SAP, NetSuite or Dynamics, owned by the client, is a category you can now place.
- 05
Accounting firms
You see where the close drags, where collections stall and where invoices are keyed twice. You usually know which workflow is costing a client before they do.
What makes a good partner.
Not a big network. A few relationships where people tell you what is actually going wrong.
- 01
You know the people
Working relationships with the people who make operations and technology decisions, rather than a list of contacts.
- 02
You know the operation
A grasp of how the client's business runs and where the work stalls, which is what makes an introduction worth taking.
- 03
You can describe the problem
Clearly enough, before anyone is on a call, that we can tell you after one review whether it is a fit.
- 04
You think in years
An interest in introductions that hold up over time, rather than a one-off fee.
Bring the scope. Skip the back and forth.
A short summary with each introduction lets us tell you after one review whether it is a fit and what the first step would be, instead of starting from a blank discovery call.
A good introduction includes
- 01
The company
Roughly how large it is, and the ERP it runs on: SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics or something else.
- 02
The workflow
The one that is costing them, in a sentence or two. Collections, payables, reconciliation, orders, quotes or something of their own.
- 03
The volume
Roughly how many invoices, orders or accounts a month, and how many people touch them.
- 04
The owner
Who runs that workflow on the client's side, and that they know you are introducing us.
- 05
Timing and budget
If they have them. If they do not, say so; that is useful too.
We review it and come back with one answer: a fit and the next step, usually a fixed-scope Assess, or not a fit and why.
How it works.
Four steps. Once you are approved, the only effort is the introduction itself.
01
Apply
Tell us about your firm and the clients you work with. We read every application and reply to every one.
02
Get approved
Approved partners sign a short referral agreement that sets out the share, the 12 months and how an introduction is attributed.
03
Submit an introduction
Send the client with a short scope. Submitting it registers it as yours, and we come back with a fit and a next step.
04
Earn 10%
From the client's first signed engagement, 10% of every fee we collect from them for 12 months, paid as they pay us.
What counts.
The short version of the referral agreement. Where the two ever differ, the agreement is what applies.
Does not
- Clients we were already in conversation with before your introduction
- Third-party costs billed to the client at cost, such as cloud or model usage
- Fees collected after the client's first 12 months
Earns the 10%
- Every Ferrata fee the client pays in their first 12 months: Assess, Anchor, agents and expansion
- Introductions you submit to us before we are in conversation with the client
- Clients who sign within 12 months of your submitted introduction
Easy to introduce, and safe to put your name behind.
Your reputation goes into every introduction. The engagement is built so it comes back intact.
The first yes is a small one
Engagements start with Assess: two weeks, fixed scope, fixed fee, and the client keeps the output whether or not they go further.
A straight answer, even when it is no
If an agent is the wrong fix, or the client should sort something else out first, we tell them. That protects your relationship as much as ours.
You stay in the loop
A named contact at Ferrata for every introduction, and a clear view of where each one stands, from first call to signed engagement.
No quota
No minimum volume and no tiers to chase. One good introduction a year is a perfectly good partnership.
Apply to partner.
A few details about your firm and the clients you work with. We review every application and come back to you directly, usually with a short call to see whether the fit is right on both sides.
If you already have a client in mind, add them to the application with a line on the workflow. It saves a step once you are approved.

Four fields and one optional. We reply to every application.
